At Dumpling Collectibles, we want your Pokémon cards to arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (Tracked)

    • Cards are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

  2. Regular Letter Mail (Untracked)

    • Cheaper shipping option without tracking.

    • Customer assumes all risk for loss or damage.

    • You will be notified once the item has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

  • Prices reflect packaging and handling to protect your cards during transit.

4. Handling & Packaging

  • All orders will be packaged to ensure reasonable protection.

  • High-value or rare cards may receive extra protection to ensure safe delivery.

5. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • For Regular Letter Mail, risk of loss or damage is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. 

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Dumpling Collectibles is not liable for lost or delayed packages.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages (Tracked Only)

  • If your tracked order arrives damaged or lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos or documentation to assist with carrier claims.
